Fruitful Horizons Empowerment (Pty) Ltd is a proudly South African book publishing company that was registered in 2023. Since then, we have published seven books — three by our founder and four by other talented authors. We are passionate about helping upcoming writers bring their stories and ideas to life.

Our goal is to support new authors through every step of their publishing journey. We help with writing, editing, designing, and printing their books. We believe that everyone has a story worth sharing, and we are here to make those stories shine.

At Fruitful Horizons, we also want to make a positive difference in our community. We aim to create jobs for young, skilled South Africans who are looking for work. We believe that the publishing world has space for new voices and fresh talent — both in writing and in business.

A strong publishing house is attractive when it offers quality books, strong author support, creative design, and wide distribution. We work hard to build trust with our writers and readers by being professional, honest, and creative in all we do.

We are excited about growing our company and reaching more readers across South Africa and beyond. Our name, Fruitful Horizons, speaks of a future full of promise — not just for us, but for all the authors and young professionals we walk with.

Sunrise Educational Publishing is an educational publisher, with the focus on literacy in early years’ education. Upon the closure of Pearson Education Africa, SEP was established primarily to publish and market the Sunrise Readers reading scheme, and associated literacy resources. With a long history of success in Zimbabwe, and more recently in Zambia, the Sunrise Readers have a growing presence in Botswana. Now available in South Africa, Sunrise Educational Publishing envisions a future where every child in Africa is a reader.
